Ordering one of our stage lighting kits from stagelightingkits.com is easy! Here are your options…
We can accept official orders from UK schools and issue a pro forma invoice, in order to take advantage of this you must send us an official school purchase order by e-mail. Once payment is made the goods are shipped, please note we no longer accept cheques or offer credit terms.
To obtain our full details prior to raising a purchase order please e-mail us at email@example.com or call 020 3637 8499.
To buy from us without a school purchase order and if you’re based in the UK simply make your selection on our online shop and checkout with a Debit or Credit Card, your stage lighting kit order will ship within 5 days via parcel courier (usually faster), we’ll keep you updated throughout including sending you a tracking number on dispatch. If you’re outside of the UK see ‘Telephone Orders’ below. Visit our online shop by clicking here .
You can also buy from us over the phone if for whatever reason you don’t want to use our online shop or if you’re based outside of the UK, simply give us a call and we can either send you a pro forma invoice for settlement by bank transfer or you can pay by debit or credit card (UK only).
If you have any questions about ordering or the order process just drop us a line.
Our phone number is 020 3637 8499 or if you’re overseas +44 20 3637 8499 and we’re available Monday to Friday from 10am to 4pm.
Frequently Asked Questions
We charge a flat rate for delivery of £20 plus VAT for mainland UK for one kit and £40 plus VAT for two (these kits are big to ship!). Most orders are shipped within 72 hours of ordering, if you’re in a rush or would like us to hold off until you’re available to take delivery please contact us.
If you need a kit for a specific date it is important that you contact us before ordering to check stock as lead times can be greater during busy times and we’d hate to let you down.
If a carrier attempts to deliver goods which appear damaged or incomplete, please reject the whole delivery.
Cancellation, Returns & Refunds
This applies to consumer sales and not business to business as dictated by the EU Directive on Consumer Rights. You have a 14 day ‘cooling off’ period during which you can change your mind and return the goods, they must be unopened and unused and you will only receive a refund when we receive the goods back into our warehouse and they have been checked.
If you wish to cancel and return an order it is your obligation to pay for the return, we estimate the shipping per drama kit to be £30.
Business to business sales are final and no refunds or returns are accepted.
